    Very relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious with a nice view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Everything was nice and clean, the property is being kept up very well. We had dinner on a Sunday night and they opened the kitchen just for us. Breakfast was good with fruit, scrambled eggs, and croissants. We can definitely recommend this place.

    The breakfast was fantastic. There were several options to choose from and everything was made to order. They even remember the food allergies of some of the people in our group and avoided those items. We really enjoyed the onsite spa facilities and the private jacuzzis in our suite. The live music in the evening was a nice bonus to enjoy a drink and meal on the terraza. The rooms were well appointed with luxury bath products and very comfortable bedding. We will definitely return to Hotel El Carmel.

    Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Angy went out of her way to help us with a very difficult problem when our lost luggage was delivered to the wrong hotel. Without her help we wouldn't have got it back. Really enjoyed the breakfast especially the vegetarian option of avocado on toast and a freshly made hash brown. Spa, pool, jacuzzi and sauna very good.
