SwitzerlandThe lodge is located just about 10min from town, down a dirt road with no visible sign aside from a “private property” one that might make you wonder whether you are in the right place. But you actually are and it is indeed a wonderful place to stay. We were in one of the two cabins by the river and it was wonderful and very well equipped. You can also swim or float by the river, play volleyball or table tennis, just relax by the forest to the sound of the howling monkeys.
One big shout out to Letizia because the way she keeps the rooms always squeaky clean and equipped with fresh towels and flowers it’s nothing short of incredible. And she also cooks great breakfasts, no matter how early you want them (5am on our first morning due to an early tour). Olman was also great!
