Beautifull, very comfortable apartment, with a spacious bathroom and terrace. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds. Our private terrace was overlooking a street and a garage on the other side, but we used the shared terrace on the other side a lot, looking towards lovely orchard and mountain side. Conveniently located very close to an adventure park and walking distance from old Kakopetria. Kakopetria in general is a beautifull place, most unexpectedly :)

After clear instructions re: where to park our car and how to reach the property, we easily found it. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen Yiannis' messages while I was driving, and he was patiently waiting for us at the reception. We immediately felt very welcome, and he even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. Then, he showed us our apartment, which was just great: a spacey bedroom, a kitchen, sofa, and spacious bathroom - and a wide balcony on the street side where we sat both in the afternoon and evening. Shutters make the room completely dark, and in this quiet neighbourhood, silence is all but guaranteed so we had a very good sleep. Close by, there is a bar and a restaurant, and a short walk downhill brings you to a bunch of restaurants near the river. All in all, a very commendable option for your stay in Kakopetria.

The peaceful surroundings were exactly what we needed — no people, no noise, just pure tranquility. Waking up to birdsong and sipping coffee with a mountain view was a real treat. The hiking trails nearby were a bonus, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Excellent location and property quality. Nice balcony with view over the valley. Quiet surroundings, bedroom in the suite was without window which is a plus if one wants to sleep a little longer. Plenty of light in the main area and bathroom. Very nice TV also with latest of webOS connecting easily to Netflix and YouTube accounts. The host has a cured meats shop next door and a traditional cellar and smokehouse down the yard, which is a joy to explore and learn about.

    We stayed at Archontiko. It was a large open plan studio, with a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchenette, a large double bed and a bathroom with a spa bath. We loved the complimentary wine, the fresh milk and the lovely breakfast baskets! The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. It is located in the centre of the village close to a tavern and a quaint wine bar. The area is great if you want to explore the nearby wineries!

    This is wonderful place for relax and chill out! The place is very clean, there are a lot of small details in this house that make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and creating romantic mood. The breakfast with farm eggs and vegitables, home made sweets and bread is yummy). This is the place with soul! Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will definitely come again!

    Literally Perfect staying, loved everything. The bedroom it was unbelievably cool, clean and very cozy. Jacuzzi in the bathroom and all services you could need in the kitchen full equipped. Staff incredibily nice 100% reccomended!!
