The apartment is modernly equipped, very clean, the bed is comfortable. We got a free parking place in the garage and discount on food in the restaurant. The hotel has a Spa area, it's a pity that we arrived late and didn't have time to visit. The staff is very helpful, they solved the problem we had even after their working hours. I really liked the place and the apartment, I can confidently recommend it.

I don't usually book all-inclusive stays as I prefer self-catering, but this was the best experience I could wish for. Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were all included in my room rate, all of which were super delicious and vegetarian-friendly. This was no buffet experience. The evening meals were a lá carte and served by a waiter. And all the meals were really delicious. Absolutely worth it. I was even making use of the afternoon snack, following my mountain hikes, which I initially didn't think I would do, but the closest supermarket was a 1km away, and so it was convenient to be able to eat at the hotel without worrying about shopping for food. Not being located in the very centre of the town was actually important to me as I wanted to be very close to the various mountain trails, and I definitely was!! I also wanted to avoid the bustle of the town centre. The room itself was very comfortable. Dual aspect windows made it quite special. It was quiet and peaceful. I'd easily stay there again. The staff are very friendly and communicate in German, English, Polish and Czech, of course.
