The hotel is clean and neat. Staff is very helpful and even is open for a conversation. Thanks to Olga for the friendly welcome and the discount for the upgrade to the penthouse. The view from the penthouse (7th floor, 1 stair from the 6th) is wonderful, overseeing the city, Prague Castle and many cathedrals.

Everything was great, very nice staff at the reception ready to help whenever you need support, confortable room and beds, very good breackfast, the hotel close to the tram station from where there is a direct tram to the very city centre, nice present in the room (a bottle of good wine) as well as vouchers for drinks in the hotel bar and city centre, good wellness zone with sauna and jacuzzi, overall, I had a great stay at the hotel and for sure I would recomment it to my friends.

    The hotel was in a great location (walkable to most attractions) and the staff was very warm and helpful. The private jacuzzi and sauna was absolutely amazing for the price.     Lovely property, nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped apartment. Both rooms had en suite bathrooms. Location is also great, near enough to the usual sites but also quiet enough to relax if you want, good transport links as tram stops within a five minute walk.

    Walking distance to lots of attractions. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. We booked the jacuzzi and sauna room and it was a great way to relax after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast was plentiful with something there for everyone’s tastes.

    Room was so spacious and roomy. Beautiful views of the Square and also perfect location to explore old and new town in prague. Bathroom was also generous size with nice jacuzzi bath feature. All hotel staff could not have been more helpful and we took advantage of the properties driver zdenek who was incredibly helpful and kind.
