The house had this quirky feel and atmosphere that brought back many memories from our childhood. We saw so many antiques, such as pressing irons, phones, and decor, which brought some great nostalgic feelings. Moving through the property with the olden feel and then coming out to the swimming pool and hot tub area created a great transition between ancient and modern. The area is quiet, and despite having two babies below 3, we managed to have a great time. The host is amazing with communication and responds quickly to any concerns. Communication within the property is top-notch, with information about issues both within and in the community. Having the fireplace, drinks that we could take and place the money in a piggy, all made it unique. We will definitely be going back, especially in the summer.

The host EVA is very friendly, and she is he reason I will always stay at Oase der Ruhe when visiting my brother in Bonn. The rooms are very spacious and fully furnished. The garden is very nice. The parking is very good and free. The location is excellent. It is (for me) the best place I stayed in. The hosts' (Eva & her husband) were helpful and friendliness.
