Breakfast was very good apart from the having to wait for coffee and at times only served by the cup and not a "Kannchen"

We had a wonderful stay, especially as a family! The hotel offers fantastic options for everyone — the pool, gym, sauna, mini golf, and theater kept us entertained, and the three included meals each day were delicious, with fresh natural juices in the morning being a highlight. The location is also perfect, close to the top attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Most of all, the incredible staff made our stay feel extra special. We’re already planning our next vacation to return here in the winter — can’t wait! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

It was a great location. We did half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner in on site restaurant. The indoor pool was nice, the fitness center was well equipped and the sauna/wellness center was very nice. Enjoyed a massage followed by time in the multiple saunas. This dog friendly hotel was perfect for our stay. The family skied/snowboarded at Garmisch Classic and had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place. And would stay here again.

It was the best hotel I've ever been to. I loved absolutely everything about it. If I had known it was such a cool place, I would have planned a full holiday and stayed at least a week at the hotel. Our large suite offered breathtaking views everywhere you looked. The onsite dinner and breakfast buffets included many varieties of delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. The cost of our suite was truly great for how much space we had at this hotel.
