We had a booking through Booking.com and after a long day travelling we arrived at the hotel to be told it was full and they didn’t have a room for us.

The style of the hotel is extremely charming, it is a luxury hotel plus perfect customer service/staff. The name expresses the atmosphere. Near the center and spa (walking distance). We also enjoyed the recommended restaurant Die Kleine Printz- delicious experience. We could relax here and felt taken care of.

Very good breakfast, beautiful room (as well as all the common areas), great location and very nice staff.

What a fantastic place to stay on my return from Italy and Austria! The room was beautiful and the views were amazing. Communal areas are very modern and welcoming with a total focus on guests feeling fulfilled and happy. Well done! The pool and spa areas were immaculately clean, well designed and as relaxing as possible. Lastly the restaurant, it left nothing to be desired in the evening and breakfast was high quality too.
