Good value for money: spacious apartment with love to detail. In front of the door was a little (unmanned) "shop" where you could buy drinks, bags, souvenirs as well as some chocolates to take. We booked the jacuzzi and the owner brought us sparkling wine while we were in it, which was a very nice touch. The owner also informed us that we could get an additional 10% off purchases at the nearby Outlet center - he even tried to call us when we weren't home to let us know. Unfortunately we already bought what we wanted by the time we knew, so maybe this helps some future guests! :-D just show the house key at the visitor center and they will give you a 10% off pass for the day. Both bedrooms are connected, so you walk through the twin room to get to the double. Not a problem to us and this is visible on the map in the photos, but we only realized on arrival. The host was very friendly and easily reachable downstairs when needed. There was sufficient parking for both cars!

The hotel lies in a small village, but yet it has a quite big garden in the back. A very good thing with the hotel is the possibility to check in early! We could check in at 12 o’clock, and we took our kids to the hotel swimming pool, which we had to our selves for all the time we were there. The kids loved it (3 and 4 years old). Breakfast was varied and good. The family room was very big and everything was clean and nice. The sofa bed for our kids was quite hard, but for kids it is ok. For dinner we drove 5 min to the next village, Steinfurt, and had dinner at Pöttken Ristorante Italiano, which I highly recommend! (Steinfurt also has a beautiful castle, but it was closed when we arrived.)

Beautiful location, immaculately presented hotel. Staff were extremely helpful at check in, dinner and breakfast. Room was large, very clean and everything worked faultlessly. Food was also excellent, I had a fillet steak and it was delicious. Great breakfast selection as well.
