You are on the beach with stunning views. The hotel really has so much to offer. We loved the different pools and access to the beach. The food was also excellent.

This aparthotel is situated in Grömitz, close to the beach and town centre. Carat Residenz offers free WiFi as well as a spa area with a fitness centre, sauna and an indoor swimming pool.

Superb location – just 2 minutes from the beach and the main pedestrian street with all the restaurants and other great places. The large pool is also not too crowded. If you want to save on parking or if the garage is full, there are plenty of parking spots nearby, including a large parking lot just a 5-minute walk away, costing €13 per night. We rented an apartment with a kitchenette, so breakfast wasn’t included, but the kitchenette was nice and well-equipped. The balcony had a partial sea view and the area was generally quiet. Comfortable beds.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were extremely attentive, helpful and polite. The room was a decent size and decorated in highly original, tasteful colours , and we loved the "transparent" bathroom and the possibility to curtain off the sleeping quarters. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, containing a wide choice of dishes to suit everybody's taste. The sea view from the restaurant on the top floor was amazing. We also loved the possibility to visit the sea water wave pool, just two minutes from our room.

This traditional hotel lies in the Holsteinische Schweiz Nature Park. Its attractive spa features a pool with panoramic views of Dieksee Lake.
