The owner (Mr. Mahmoud) was very nice and cooperative. The property was as described and the second bathroom (which is a modification done by the owner) was very useful. Appropriate furniture, equipment and facilities. Good value for money. Cleaning level was OK. Will try to visit again next Summer inshaallah.

Everything was perfect. The host is very welcoming and decent, he made sure every little detail is taken care of. He went far and beyond by setting up a power generator to assure maximum comfort even during power cut off. Also Mahmoud sent someone with mosquito fogger which helped keeping the place enjoyable. I loved the good internet connection, the air conditioning, the comfy beds, the equiped kitchen, the washing and drying machine, the lovely garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, and on top of that it's all clean. Was absolutely a fantastic stay for a big family. I've tried different villas in Alexandria and this villa was the best in every aspect. Worth every penny!
