Exquisite hotel with a nice view. Very clean and they have very kind housekeeping staff. In addition to that, they have great services and excellent staff extremely cooperative, especially Habiba and Mutaz ( so sweet and helpful)

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We were given the Spa suite which is so relaxing and has its own private sauna and jacuzzi :) Staff members are super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly loved the interior design of this hotel with its zen nautical accents and calming and neutral color scheme. This hotel is highly recommended.

It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay unforgettable. Cleanliness: Impeccable! Every space — from the lobby to the room — was spotless. The fresh scent and perfectly arranged rooms made it feel like I was the first guest to ever stay there. Dining: The food was a culinary masterpiece. Each dish was a work of art, bursting with flavor. Breakfasts were delightful, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Comfort: The room was a sanctuary. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the modern amenities made everything feel luxurious. The view from the window was breathtaking and a perfect way to start the day. Location: Perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. Everything I needed was either within walking distance or a short ride away. A really beautiful room with an unbelievable view. The view is literally unreal. The hot tub is amazing and the staff are helpful. The hotel across a single floor of a building. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, the wider building isn’t the nicest. However, you literally walk in/ out of the larger building. Can’t recommend the hotel enough, such good value for money!

The stay was wonderful, the location is close to everything, the staff are always cooperative and ready to respond at any time, the breakfast is varied and has everything in it, and if you ask for something extra, they will meet your need immediately. Breakfast does not take time, but is ready immediately. The location is very close to Tahrir Square, the Egyptian Museum, and many restaurants and shops. A very good place, value for money.

The breakfast is prepared the time you eat and you eat hot breakfast which is prepared in front of you and gives you strength for the day. The owner of the hotel is a travel agent so you can organize tours easily, with private tour guide, have a great time and learn about the Egyptian culture from locals. The room was spacious and had a extremely beautiful view to the pyramids that we can never forget! Thanks a lot for the lovely stay, you made us feel like home...wish you all the best!

    The staff at the Kempinski Nile Hotel were exceptional, making our stay very comfortable - nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a Nile view and it was very pleasant to watch the boats in the evening. Food was excellent, although we felt breakfast was a little overpriced compared to the restaurants for dinner. The spa facilities comprise jacuzzi, steam and sauna. It was nice to be able to relax after a dusty and strenuous day exploring Cairo.

    We paid a lot for the room, and we really felt like the staff made our stay special and worth it. Being upgraded to lounge access and receiving complimentary time in the spa/jacuzzi were really nice. It was my husband's birthday and they had some treats waiting for us. Highlights for us was our time at the pool (beautiful location, perfect temperature and the spa was amazing) and the breakfast (again, wonderful views and such delicious options).

    Staff are wonderful. Always smiling and trying to help. Location is great access to many tourist sites. The lounge was good add on as we have soft drinks and snacks incld all day and alcohol from 7-8.30pm. You get 30 mins incld at the spa for jacuzzi etc. The gym is large with new equipment

    A beautiful brand new property with great landscaping design and facilities, some of which are still to open. The wavy beach is a great unique feature and generally an inviting place to relax with spacious halls and in-room bathroom facilities. Has a spacious spa feel to the entire hotel.
