Both the resort and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It looked just like the pictures on Booking. The staff was always helpful, they were ready to do everything they could to make you happy. The cleaning staff was the best I have ever seen. The always respected the do not disturb sign, never entered the room without your express permission, they were attentive and only cleaned when you were not in the room. I slept well, the beds were comfortable with long, soft pillows I wish I had at home! The weather was perfect, it was 32 degrees, but felt like 25, warm but with a refresing wind. The sea was warm. It is very shallow near the beach, you have to go really far to be able to swimm. There is a very long wooden pier, at the end of which you kan snorkle. The food was good and varied, buffet style. Only the drinks are brought to you by waiters. There is a main restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and diner and there are à la carte restaurants where you can have dinner, but only if you booked a day in advance. Only 2 dinners in the à la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive package. There was no moskito problem except when I had diner at the sea food restaurant by the beach. It is not a non smoking hotel, but very few people smoked so I was not bothered.

Very calm place, separate from other resorts, very beautifully made whoever has designed it. Has its own theatre. Separate beach and pool restirants for drinks and snacks. Food is really nice although the variety is not that much like you will see in main cities but its still good. Amazing staff, very honest and very helpful. You will love the staff there. They are brilliant.

We were impressed by the quality of the food - in particular, pizza restaurant, Italian restaurant, and daily freshly made pasta in the common restaurant. Also, the morning omelet was simple yet very tasty as well as seafood. Another big highlight is the animation team who made our stay unforgettable. There were always some activities like beach volleyball or aquaerobics for us to participate in. On top of that evening shows in the amphitheater were really impressive - much more professional than we expected and with a great variety of genres. the most impressive though was the Entertainment Manager (Mister Toto) who performed dangerous but spectacular tricks himself on multiple shows. Overall the personnel and other guests were very polite and friendly. Waiters were always helpful and attentive to our wishes. They even danced a traditional local dance with my partner on her birthday, which made us very happy at that moment.

Exceptional resort. The staff is really super kind and helpful. Resort with a truly incredible beach with the possibility of bathing in shallow water for both adults and children. Inside the resort we did many excursions from horseback riding in the water and in the desert to the view of the coral reef. We used the SPA which gave us sensational massages. A special thanks to the staff for welcoming and pampering us from the first to the last day. We will definitely be back Jacopo and Francesca.
