Our experience at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish in Marsa Matruh was beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained, elegant facilities and a level of cleanliness that stands out. A special thank you to Ahmed Galal, the Reception Manager, whose warm welcome and thoughtful gestures made our stay extra special. The food at the resort was another highlight — a fantastic variety, delicious flavours, and something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Marsa Matruh with great service and amenities.

- The beach is very amazing - The food is delicious in all restaurants. We tried the main restaurant and sofra and a sea food and the in-room dining and all food was delicious - Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!
