Loved our holiday at Ritz Carlton . The room was very large with a lovely feel , I think recently renovated. Every one of the staff were excellent, especially Victor in the lobby bar , what a gentleman! The hotel had beautiful grounds and gardens you felt like you were in paradise. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurants for evening meals were exceptional. We tried them all apart from the Japanese only because we don’t like Japanese, I’m sure they were lovely too . The restaurants are expensive but I’d say it’s a dining experience not just the food , the staff in all the restaurants were again exceptional. The beach was beautiful and had a lovely beach bar . We have just arrived back home and already thinking of booking for next year we had a great holiday . Also if you’re a golfer the Abama golf course is amazing. I’ve played golf all over the world and this was up there with the best.

An amazing place to stay. The bubble is completely private, with its own jacuzzi, terrace and a beautiful ocean view. In the evening the whole area lights up with warm LED RGB lighting, which makes it feel really cozy and romantic. Inside everything is spotless, the bed is very comfortable, and the space feels modern and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils you need, so cooking is easy. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive — you can feel they really care about their guests. The property is quiet, clean and very well looked after. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or just to relax and disconnect. I would definitely come back.

The host was great. Lovely large apartment, just as described, with large balcony and view of sea and sunset. Short walk to small beach, port and coastal walk. Nearby LIDL was great for self catering and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, but resort was peaceful which was what we wanted. Loved being so near to Los Gigantes.

Everything we needed for a peaceful holiday. Ideal location, a short walk to Los Gigantes or slightly further to the Santiago del Teide which is a little more lively. Apartment in phase 1 was clean comfortable and spacious. Pool area was lovely for relaxing. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in and collect are keys later. Would happily return. A few reviews mentioned the music from the bar in the evening; but this didn't go on too late at all and caused us no disturbance.

I was in phase 2 slightly up the hill with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Great for me. If you have mobility issues stay at the main Harbour club. Great pool and jacuzzi. Pool towels provided free. Plenty of sun loungers and great pool bar. Evening meals and entertainment. 11pm curfew which ensures a good night's sleep. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
