I don’t write reviews very often, but when there is a hotel that exceeds all expectations with such excellent service, then I feel compelled to leave a review. The staff was amazing, from check-in to checkout, not to mention the hotel itself was beautiful.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were brilliant and super friendly. The sunbed booking system was brilliant and so efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the app notification letting you know when your room was cleaned is next level. The gym and pool fitness classes were great fun. Such an amazing place. Will definitely be back.

All the staff were so friendly. Rooms were gorgeous, breakfast was amazing and there was an adults only section to sit outside. You could always get a sunbed at the pool. Location of hotel was also great.

The property was immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful and really looked after us. We went for my dad‘s birthday and he had the most wonderful time. Breakfast and restaurants were fantastic. We would definitely be back and will be recommending! Thank you to all the team, special thanks to Simon who was a trainee and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome!

This place has a wonderful pool for swimming-- it's large enough to get some exercise and have the kids play. The sauna was fantastic and the ping pong kept my teenage boys occupied for hours. The property is a short walk from a cool beach featuring a DJ and more Euro vibe and great smoothies and drinks. We were there for Xmas and it seemed like many families (99% from the UK) have been coming here for years and/or own timeshares.

This was our 2nd time in the hotel. Last year we stayed here also in the first half of December and liked it, that’s why we decided to stay again. This time was much better though. If I could give more than 10, I would, because the staff and the organization of the hotel this year really went beyond our expectations. I could say many things about the good and quiet location, still with many good restaurants and good beaches around to go, about the good price, about the comfort, about the flats having all the things you may need, about being possible to check in a little bit earlier if they have the room already empty and clean, but this time I would like to talk about the care they spread out to the customers. During our stay (one week) we received 2 calls from them, asking if everything was good and if we needed something one email with information about their numbers, time of closure of the pool, how to use the deposit box inside of the room, how to have access to the gym etc, and got also contacted by them via WhatsApp (you can opt out from this contact if you want). Apart from that, we needed to leave our luggage after checking out, because the checkout is at 10am and our flight was only in the evening, but we didn’t have any problem with that and they even offer showers/bathrooms for people who are already checked out to take a shower before they leave. We spent the whole day at the beach, came back to take our luggage, took a shower with their shower gel, towels, body lotion etc, and left more than happy with all the experience we had there. Thank you, guys for everything. We will definitely come back.

A BALCONY WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS & UP THE OUTSIDE STAIRS A SUN DECK WITH LOUNGERS & A WHIRLPOOL BATH. SPEND ALL DAY APART FROM MEALS IN YOUR OWN PEACE & QUIET,IF IT SUITS YOU.     we upgraded to the solarium room which was absolutely lovely, private jacuzzi bath and very comfortable room. spa facilities were very clean and nice. the plunge pool was certainly the highlight. all the staff were also very helpful, friendly and professional. breakfast was amazing and the place looks stunning in the evening.
