We stayed at Spa Puente Romano from May 7 to May 8, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is perfectly located right in the center, just across the bridge from the old town — an ideal spot to enjoy the charm of Alcalá del Júcar. It’s a brand-new hotel, and it honestly felt like we were the first guests in our room. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. There was air conditioning, a cozy fireplace that also heats the room, a large TV, and a very comfortable bed. Everything looked exactly like the photos — or even better in real life. There is also free parking right outside, just under the windows, which was super convenient. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi with ambient lighting next to a large mirror — a perfect setting for a romantic evening. The staff were also very kind and allowed us to check out two hours later, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be coming back. I absolutely recommend this hotel — it’s a truly special place in one of the most beautiful towns in Spain.

This place is an amazing little gem tucked away in the old town which clings to the side of a hillside. Finding the place and parking was easy thanks to the videos provided by the hosts and its location provides easy access to everything you would want to see. The flat is luxurious and the whirlpool bath is amazing (and well worth the wait while it fills, it's huge). We would happily stay here again.

    The location which was opposite the castle and extended views along the valley was breathtaking. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and a spa again with the same view was an added bonus. Veronica the manager went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional.

    The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and comfortable. Lola at reception was wecoming and helpful. The spa bath (when we worked out how to fill it without spraying the entire room with the shower attachment) was total bliss.

    The apartment was lovely and warm in the freezing weather. Great location - right in the centre of the town. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of information about local restaurantes etc The máster bedroom with en-suite was amazing but very open-plan! Plenty of hot water and a great jacuzzi bath and shower.
