Easy check in. Located not far from La Rambla. Lift to our 3rd floor room. Room spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast had excellent choices. Staff most courteous. Taxi arrived at front door when transfer to airport was needed.

We came to celebrate my mother's birthday and it was a special time. We checked in late and the rooms were in the inner side, with no light or windows. It was quite depressing, which I shared with the hotel staff. They were receptive, toltally understood my concern, and promised that with the next checkouts they would find us better rooms. Which they did- and we moved to beautiful road facing rooms. Then they surprised us with Champagne on the house on my mom's bday!! The food was excellent, we ordered room service a lot, and overall - the location was too good, right in the city centre. I am coming again and again!

I loved how the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleaning team provided outstanding service, always keeping things super neat and clean. Among others, Manuel, Olga, and Alberto were fabulous - always kind, customer-oriented, and with a smile on their faces. They made breakfast a pleasant experience every day. This level of service is definitely a reason I would return.
