Excellent location, very professional staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the food, the room, the garden bar, rooftop bar - all amazing, artsy and contemporary, all detailed to the highest standard - we absolutely loved it. And all of this in a real palacio in the center of Madrid - we walked everywhere and came back for a nap and then went again :) concierge recommended best food places all nearby

The hostel was amazing and exceptional. The staff at the reception, especially, ALBA was very helpful. She assisted us on the Hop on Hop off tours. Checking in and out was very smooth. The staff at the Breakfast Area, RISHYL and NORBY were very attentive of the guest's needs and are very accommodating. They really know how to please us. The rooms and toilets, bathrooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Clean bedsheets. I love the vibe of the Rooftop bar. It's very cozy. QUEEN. one the bar staff was a Superb bar attendant. She's quick and jolly person. OVERALL. ..we enjoyed our stay in Madrid and will definitely stay again at GENERATOR MADRID. Gracias!
