Excellent location. Beautiful courtyard. And really kind and helpful staff. They gave us great recommendations for the city. The property was ideally placed at a walking distance from the alhambra, albaicin and sacromonte. All of them are a bit of a hike up but all within walkable distance. We went in the middle of a heatwave and yet the rooms were really comfortable. The AC took a bit of time to cool but nevertheless it was great.

The view from the two rooms upstairs is amazing! The room itself is very nice too, and it's absolutely worth it to stay there for the view of Alhambra! The owner really cares about this place and prepares breakfast for you if you want breakfast (it costs extra, but it was cheap compared to other places we stayed). Excellent communication with the owner. There is another room downstairs that does not have the view... I would ask for the upstairs room if possible. The place is located in the Albaicin neighborhood, that means you cannot reach the place by car or bus, but you can only walk there (get there with a backpack and not heavy suitcases on wheels). The neighborhood is wonderful too. You can walk to Alhambra, but the walk is steep and it can get hot during the Summer months. You can take the bus from there nearby that takes you to Alhambra main entrance. If we visit Granada again I will definitely stay in this place again.

Amazing view, nice room with a balcony.The bed was really good and an fantastic breakfast. Very nice owner and staff. Had a good dinner in the evening and a glass of wine at the fireplace. My dog loved this place also.

The views from the balcony are spectacular, cathedral to the left and Sierra Navarda to the right ! The apartment is so beautiful, it is new and modern and contains everything you would ever need. The location is fabulous everything was on the doorstep. The host Yolanda was amazing she was so passionate about Granada and provide us with a comprehensive welcome pack detailing where to visit and where to eat which was invaluable. She even brought us umbrellas as rain was forecast for the following day. Highly recommend this property. I will be back !

    La Ruyuela is a lovely family run guest house. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was great with a large shower and a bath hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and enjoyable. The area is quiet and I flet rested, which was one of the objectives of my stays. The allowed me to store my bicycle in a locked garage which was very accommodating.
