Ultimate all-inclusive. Variety and quality are so good that even hurt you as over the whole stay your poor soul is always in temptation. Drinks are included as well. Our room faced to wasteland used as spontaneous parking but it caused no discomfort at all. Room's, facilities' condition is... decent. Not new but clean and working. No claim. A thing to do: hotel is located near Pico de la Zarza - the highest point of the island. There is 8ish km, 800D+ hiking route to there. It's worth visiting imho

Very well located, beach super easy to access and nearby Morro Jable center. The rooms are very confortable with nice sea view balcony. the breakfast and dinner are very good quality food (dinner changing every night) - really to class! can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!!

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the exceptional receptionist, Fabio, who truly made my stay remarkable. His attentiveness and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were evident throughout my stay by also providing personalised recommendations, helping me make the most of my visit. I must also say all other staff members (except of one whom name I don‘t want to put on the internet) took time to engage friendly conversations, creating welcoming atmoshpere that made me feel like a valued guest. Definitely important to mention, everyone‘s positive energy was contagious, which I needed after a stressful period at work. The hotel deserves a 5 star. A Beautiful, modern hotel inside with very good sized rooms with excellent staff & facilities. Food buffet & choice for breakfast and dinner was beyond my expectations. The choice of food was outstanding and top quality especially the steak & beef tenderloin. I would highly recommend this hotel, the food is exceptional as well as the staff, the spa & beautiful surroundings.

Very clean, can’t suggest my favourites club more!! It made our whole trip, it’s well worth it so don’t hesitate. You get closer rooms to facilities, a lounge with your own liquors, wine, spirits, and softs. Which is quite useful considering the cocktails in the AI were pre-made mixers and were really disappointing. You also get a water bottle everyday in your room and a stocked mini bar at arrival, which is great since tap water isn’t for human consumption. The pools were great, buffet very varied and staff was excellent. The walk to the beach is quite steep but well worth it. With MFC you also don’t have to put deposits down for pool towels which is convenient, you get a private part to dine in at the buffet which insures you a spot. Get My Favourites Club!!

Costa Calma is one of the best (if not the best) locations to explore the island. On top of it, the hotel has the best location within the island - right in front of the beach and at the edge of Costa Calma (so you do not feel squished between hotels). The rest excellent as well. Several beaches around to choose from.
