A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

    Beautiful hotel with Bali style decor. Apartment was good size and had nice terrace with a sea view. jacuzzi bath in the room is also a plus. I really liked pool area and gym facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hotel has also very good restaurant. I recommend this accommodation and I would definitely come back there.

    The rooftop pool/bar was exquisite. Also the pool are was excellent, many sunbeds, big pool and the sun was shining straight on the pool from early in the morning all the way to sunset. The room was nice, big balcony, and a super comfy bed. The bath was also a nice addition to everything. The lounge areas all around the hotel were clean and spacious, very comfortable to relax at. Also there was a party, a show, music etc. arranged almost daily at the pool or at the rooftop bar, which was super fun and exciting!
