Brilliant hotel and staff , we will be back in the very near future and many more times after that too. The staff are multilingual speaking English. Spanish, French and German. They are very welcoming and helpful. The food is some of the best hotel food we've everything had. The hotel is mins away from Yumbo centre and the beach. The Spa area , massage and gym facilities are wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and with all important air conditioning

This is one of the best self catering properties that I have ever stayed in, during my extensive travels - high quality furniture, fittings and appliances; hotel grade quality bedding and towels; exceptionally clean. The added bonus is the quaint terrace/garden area (overlooking the pool, although secluded enough to provide privacy to enjoy the luxurious hot tub/jacuzzi). It took approximately 10-15 minutes to walk to the centre of Playa del Ingles and a total of 25 minutes to walk to the beach. The host - Javi, was responsive, professional and polite. This place is an absolute gem!

We booked in christmas time. The hotel is very close to Yumbo and there are parties with DJ in weekend. There is a big swiming pool outside , spa area. Rayco and Carmelo from the bar and breakfast are very kind and friendly. Cleaning is very good and daily. Reception team is also profesional ( especially Alex) . The apartament is big enough and clean. Bed is big and comfortable for an excelent sleep during night time.

Very efficient and easy check-in. Had been upgraded on arrival which I was very happy with. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Bed was really comfy. An excellent place to relax and unwind if you want a quiet place.

10 out of 10! Bed was really comfortable, room was very clean and the facilities were great as well. Quick check in at reception ( earlier upon request was possible) and the cocktails were great as well. Also, location of the place is amazing, walking distance to shopping centers, beach and public transport.

I’m usually very picky about my accommodations, but Mar Bianco had it all! Everything is really high quality and tasteful, with small details that make it even more enjoyable, lots of space and pretty much everything you could need during a short or long vacation. The beds are comfy, the showers huge, jacuzzi and pool open 24/7 and very cosy roof terraces for sunbathing. The staff - mega friendly and polite, not waiting to be approached for help, but noticing when you are feeling lost and offer assistance. We also had an apartment with a private terrace with lots of plants and fake grass - perfect place for breakfasts.

    Such a warm welcome from Lori and team. Very responsive on queries and very friendly especially Lori who met us at the villa on arrival to show us around. Wonderful spacious villa with all the amenities needed. The jacuzzi and views were also spectacular. Great relaxing holiday there.

    The spa is very nice but with limited opening hours for the children. Many places (gym, outdoor jacuzzi, spa) are allowed only for adults which is quite annoying when you travel with teenagers as they are not allowed in. The football pitch was very good, though, as was the kids club for our youngest. The rooms were also nice and spacious. We got all the cleaning that we asked for which was great.

    It was clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice modern bathroom. Plenty of sun beds/out door and indoor areas to relax in. Staff were friendly. A good choice of different foods. Evening entertainment was excellent and very professional.

    Great location. 5 min stroll to Yumbo and a 10 min stroll to the beach. Supermarket 2 mins away. Rooms had plenty of space, big bathroom and balcony with couple of recliners and a table. Had room at the back overlooking the jacuzzis which was perfect as it was shaded in the afternoon so the rooms didn’t get too hot.

    Views are really nice, the 8th floor offer additional space for sunbathing and a jacuzzi. Guys at the bar are very friendly and attentive. Swimming pool is also nice with its warm water and comfortable beds to sunbath. Food at the restaurant is good.

    The staff in this hotel are fantastic, they were kind friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard with plenty of options, drinks was the same. The entire hotel was kept so clean. Room very comfortable. Lifts were quick . Pool and bar and cafe was so relaxing. Spa area with jacuzzi's was lovely. The spa and massage was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

    I loved the spacious junior suite room with many lighting options. Quiet to sleep with good dark curtains. Nice sunny view from the small front balcony. Good pool, relaxing outdoor lounge area and useful little gym. Recycling points were a good idea. Staff very helpful.
