The host was great. Lovely large apartment, just as described, with large balcony and view of sea and sunset. Short walk to small beach, port and coastal walk. Nearby LIDL was great for self catering and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, but resort was peaceful which was what we wanted. Loved being so near to Los Gigantes.

A well equiped villa suitable for families, on a beatiful location. You can even see the sunset over the ocean from the terrace! The way the rooms were arranged perfectly suited our family's needs. The host was very friendly and helpful, even when we asked for help to solve a situation unrelated to the booking.

The room was beautiful! Felt like hotel , really comfortable. The jacuzzi was really fun and was totally worth the price ( that wasn't so expensive to what we got). Amazing view from the flat. Many hiking places and restaurants really close by.

Breakfast was fabulous and had a lot of variety. There was a special dish corner every day. The fruits and fresh juices were my highlight. We booked the Star Prestige option which was definitely worth it. We had a priority check in and they let us park in the staff parking for the first night which was so convenient for us after a whole day of travelling. Star Prestige and Non Star Prestige Pool areas were immaculate! The room was very clean and I have to highlight the housekeeping! I have never had better housekeeping in any hotel. They came several times to make sure we had fresh towels the mini bar was restocked (free for star prestige) and they put a mini praline chocolate for both of us every day. The attention to detail was amazing. Although it’s high season it was so relaxing at the pool areas it didn’t feel overcrowded at any point.

    The room was comfortable and had excellent views. The jacuzzi on the balcony was actually a jet/spa bath. The room was stocked with tea and coffee making items. The buffet breakfast had a huge range of items.

    The room was extremely spacious, and had a beautiful view of Los Gigantes and the sea. The hot tub in the room was such a great feature, so after a lovely day out, we could just simply relax in it and watch the sea, or just enjoy the breeze. The buffet breakfast and dinner were incredibly great value, and the food was of fantastic quality! Also, the massage we had was top class, and very much needed. :)
