Buenos Dias! We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was simply fantastic. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a view of the pool and a partial view of the sea. We had half board and I can recommend that. The many delicious freshly prepared dishes and the wide range on offer leave nothing to be desired. If somebody can't find any food here, then he/she have some problem. The pool and the pool bar were very nice, clean and very pleasant. We were served good quality cocktails, which tasted very good. We would like to thank all the hotel staff because it is only through their good, quality work that guests can feel comfortable and relax. We found it very pleasant that the room cleaning staff took their time with the daily room cleaning and we were able to sleep in. The hotel location is wonderful; just across the promenade (approx. 2 minutes) you can get to the Ocean and the beach for sunbathing and relaxing. Shops all around are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is wonderful and everyone is very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!

This was the perfect hotel for us! We really liked the fact that it was so clean, fresh, modern and nice. The breakfast was very good, with a nice range of options. The beach was literally right outside the front door, as well as having a nice pool in the backyard. We got upgraded from a singlebed to a doublebed witch was so wonderful!! Great balcony, and super close to the airport as well as the main city centre of Palma! We loved it!
