We were impressed by the staff. From reception to cleaning staff. So very helpful. On Wimbledon Men's Final day there was a problem with BBC Channel and Cristian the tech guy pulled out all the stops for us. It made our short holiday perfect as I and my three great grandchildren were able to watch this historic match.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been, great and friendly staff, i stayed during my birthday so after going to the beach in the afternoon i came back to a very nice birthday wishes card, champagne and a very cute little cake. It was such a nice surprise so Thank you to the Hotel team! The sea side view room was great, great view too. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Menorca! Everything was great — we felt very comfortable and honestly have nothing to complain about. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, and we really enjoyed using the barbecue. It was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us to truly relax and recharge. A lovely place — highly recommended!

Its in a perfect spot, the apartment has a small kitchen, lovely lounge with some UK TV if that is important to you, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (very rare to find this) and a small balcony with table and chairs to while away an hour if you dont fancy the beach or sitting around the pool, with very well kept grounds and, for us, no children so peaceful. The staff are excellent, alot of smiles! and nothing is too much trouble. They were particularly kind to help us with our cases and made sure Mum was in a room close by us. The pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds and Balinese Beds.

    The hotel isn’t too big and the rooms are well spaced out and set within beautifully maintained grounds. The guests are a mix of many nationalities and it is very family orientated. The pool is great and we always got 4 loungers together without any problems, plus there is easy access to a lovely beach with cafes, super market and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was varied with lots of Menorcan specialities on offer and everyone found something to enjoy every night.

    A fabulous relaxing holiday with the family. Good sized rooms, close to a lovely (if packed!) little beach which we enjoyed and the hotel had the most amazing pool. There were always enough sun loungers available despite it being high season and we enjoyed the entertainment. All the staff were very friendly & helpful and the food was great too. The kids loved the pancakes and churros at breakfast! The indoor pool was a nice surprise and was nice to use for a change.

    Staff friendliness and helpfulness, they went out of their way to make my husband's birthday special. The pool is big and beautiful with lots of loungers at all times of the day. Big and clean hotel. Free on street parking. Room was very big and spacious with a cute balcony.

    This is a top property - everything was simply perfect. Very spacious apartment, spacious bathroom, full kitchen, amazing views. Everything top. The breakfast was abundant and super delicious and the dinner was amazing too. So tasty! The location is more than excellent, few minutes walk from the Port and restaurants. We really loved the place and recommend it. Very helpful and nice staff!
