The area is very pretty. We had a room with a balcony which was very comfortable and we slept well in the large bed with crisp linen. The view from the balcony was amazing as was the food. Every bit of food we had was delicious and would not be out of place in a top London Restaurant. The whole experience was very special. The nearby town of Espilate was worth a visit. There is a Chilli farm where you can enjoy a tasting and buy local produce. The staff are very approachable and friendly.

This is the way to enjoy the French Basque area. Get away from the crowds and enjoy beautiful countryside. Our room had a balcony where we we ended our day with wine and a charcuterie board of meats and cheese from the restaurant. Parking is offered behind the hotel but you are allowed to drop off your luggage at the entrance. The staff are kind, pleasant, and helpful. They added to the joy of our stay. I highly recommend this place.

A bit far from main towns, a car is needed but that was what we were looking for. Hotel is located inside trees, very quite to have some real rest. Our room was big, bathroom is big too and very clean. Enjoyed the balcony to hear the birds.
