Excellent location, really near the city centre and by the beach. We were not lucky with the weather, but the room was really comfortable, I wish we'd have paid for the sea view room, considering that It was raining a lot and we couldn't be outside as much as we wished. The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was also very good.

Really appreciated and enjoyed the surprise upgrade to "The Junior Suite" as we decided to stay a few days longer than had originally planned (we extended our stay since the people and area of Arcachon were so nice & good to us)! Somehow the cleaning staff was always able to clean & make our bed... around our non-predictable schedule and yet never be seen by us, just like magic.

Bright, clean room. A balcony too, always a bonus. The shower was brilliant with all the extra attachments. Loved the breakfast in the room at our leisure without all the faffing about that usually comes at breakfast. Good car parking right at hotel.

Location was incredible. We were in the sea (when it was high tide) in literally 20 steps! We had a sea view from our room. Breakfast was wonderful, all homemade and very attentive and kind service. Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished. There’s secure parking onsite and many activities offered that we didn’t have the chance to do. Would highly recommend.

    The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchenette was great and had everything we needed for our meals for a short stay of a couple days. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was also excellent.
