The property was exactly what we love. It is a former vineyard house lovingly renovated by Barbara and her husband with spacious rooms and delightful nooks and crannies, all comfortably furnished and adorned with interesting accessories and knick-knacks. The thickness of the walls ensured that it was cool even when very hot outside. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The surrounding views, of field and forest, were peaceful and bucolic The stunning town of Loches is a dozen or so kilometres away, with its historic huildings and echoes of Joan of Arc, whilst we couldn't have wished for a more welcoming and good-humoured hostess.

20 km from Chateau de Loches in La Closerie, Le Hameau de la Closerie provides accommodation with access to spa facilities and open-air bath.

The Closery was the perfect stay, and we really enjoyed the spacious house surrounded by the beautiful landscape. The whole house is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Everything is clean. The host was really kind and helpful. We would come back anytime!

Spacious and clean, with a fabulous pool! On arrival we experienced a warm and friendly welcome. A lot of thought had gone into helping us make our stay comfortable with great facilities for a baby. We highly recommend staying :)

Spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and cosy. Great welcome by our two hosts for both check in and check out. Including welcome amenities such as wine bottle and all ingredients needed for the breakfast. A great surprise : the family wanted to stay more days in the facilities !!! Well done !
