The hotel was amazing like a dream… First from the staff all of them were welcoming and friendly and very helpful… I want to send special thanks to Aurore from the concierge, she was very helpful to manage everything to make our stay at Megeve unforgettable.. starting from booking the car transfers to Courchevel, making the reservations in different restaurants (which all of them were amazing), adding to that arranging the ski passes renting ski clothes and equipment, and the booking the ski instructor… our stay in Megeve was amazing and unforgettable it was my first time to try the skiing and definitely I will come back again… Regarding to the rooms, the rooms were very nice decorated, clean , and comfortable. when you stay at this hotel you feel that you are to your second home with more special services that makes your stay unforgettable.. also I want to thank Jordan (am not sure if I spelled his name correctly) but he was in the front disk always smiling , he showed us the chalets which were very nice and big and perfect for families , so that we can stay at one of them in the next visit to Megeve.. and I will not forget to mention that the hotel provided us a free transfer service to the ski lifts, while the hotel location is perfect in the middle of Megeve beautiful downtown.. I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel if they want to experience a nice ski holiday..

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional team. From the warm welcome by the staff outside the doors to the efficient reception and helpful concierge, which were at my service almost 24hr and always supported with any request, every interaction was pleasant. The frequent shuttle service to the city center was a huge plus, making it easy to explore. I also appreciated the convenience of having a ski rental store within the hotel and the seamless service to the sister hotel, which provided direct access to the ski entrance. The sauna was great

Rented the chalet for a long ski weekend with a group of friends. Fantastic house with lots of space, most basics provided, convenient kitchen, parking space, short walk to the center, and the amazing and cozy fireplace! The host (managed by a professional agency) was very responsive and helpful via Whatsapp. The arrival instructions were clear and we had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and comfortably housed 10 of us. Would 100% recommend and happy to come back! One note to be aware: there is a safety deposit required before check-in, which can be processed as a hold on a debit card through a third party website

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the tourist center of Megève, just a 15-20 minute walk away. The views were stunning, and the spacious terrace was a real highlight. Although the terrace and apartment face the main road, the sound insulation was excellent, so noise wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was well-equipped and included a generously sized refrigerator, which made cooking convenient. We also appreciated the private indoor parking space, accessible via an elevator from the first floor, making it easy to come and go. We visited during the off-season in mid-September, so many amenities we were excited to enjoy were unavailable. However, the property owner kindly offered us a discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!

This hotel is a destination all by itself. It is an invitation into a luxury spa home with the absolute best chef and delicious and deep wine cellar. We came for three days and stayed an extra night. It was not enough. I want to go back. It is the most comfortable and comforting hotel I have ever experienced. The host gave us excellent recommendations for hiking and mountain biking, restaurants and shopping. The town of Megeve is sweet and fun to explore, hiking, biking, skiing...all of it. But the hotel is sublime.
