We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. I have traveled around the world but this experience is on the top of my list. A beautiful suite, very friendly and helpful staff and great food and wine selection. We stayed 8 days and the scenery is breathtaking so we could relax and enjoy everything to the fullest. James and his wife were fantastic hosts, very helpful in giving my husband and I advice on what to visit in the area and making reservations, and they even dropped us off at dinner one night! Furnishings were to a very high hotel standard, the A/C was a godsend, and the breakfast was delish and inspiring! Homemade yoghurt, homemade jam, croissants from the local boulangerie and freshly squeezed orange juice. We had the best stay!

Carine was a great host, she was very helpful too, with lots of information on the area, restaurants etc. She's thought of everything in her accommodation, it was perfect for us and exactly what we hoped we'd find. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful too.

The family that is in charge of this hotel is the best and at the moment very willing at all time to help the passenger; His concern is permanent to provide an excellent service and meet expectations. I am very grateful for all the support they gave me for having traveled to that location because a family matter. To this I must add that the hotel's own location within the district is very good and connects you with the main supermarkets, restaurants and main avenues. The instalations they have are very modern, very clean and assigned only to the guest, as well as electricity, water, Wi-Fi and service accessories are fully attended and satisfied. I recommend it 100%. Finally, they can speak with you in Spanish, Englisha and French!!!!!!!

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the environment was comfortable and intimate, the decor was beautiful, and it was amazing to soak in the jacuzzi while it was raining. This stay was an unforgettable experience for me. The hotel's dinner was also very delicious, the chef was handsome, and the ingredients were very fresh, sourced from the forest, private garden, and local suppliers. Surrounded by the forest at night and awakened by nature in the morning, it felt like we rediscovered our inner peace! We will definitely come back if we have the chance in the future!

The restaurant was phenomenal. We asked for a special table and they were able to accommodate us. The food was delicious. We got a great recommendation for the vine. We got a little gift at check-out - a bottle of vine. It was so thoughtful. Thank you so much. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel have a beautiful garden with friendly animals. Pool is also a big plus. We absolutely loved our stay. Merci.
