The hut was beautiful and very unique! It was modern, newly built, clean and full of character with the unique staircase and all glass walls. The bathroom was an unexpected treat, very large and luxurious with a hot tub. The setting among the creek and trees was beautiful and calming. We didn't get to spend too much time in the main house, but recommend staying longer on the property to also enjoy it. I'd highly recommend for a stay in Glen Coe, it's the perfect get away for a couple.

From the moment we arrived, the host's warmth and responsiveness made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the assistance provided by our host in lighting the fireplace and promptly addressing any inquiries we had. Additionally, she ensured that the hot tub was ready for us, adding an extra touch of relaxation to our getaway. The cottage itself is simply stunning, with impeccable cleanliness and a wealth of amenities that catered to our every need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with excellent sleep each night. And let's not forget the breathtaking views from the lodge – they truly added to the magic of our stay. Overall, our experience at Heronry Hideaway was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a cozy retreat with exceptional hospitality, look no further – Heronry Hideaway is the perfect choice.

    Extremely cosy and comfortable cottage with quality finishings and furnishings. We especially liked the wood burner (one of the most effective we've ever used) and the hot tub outside - ample space for four adults, plenty hot enough even in rough weather, and fantastic water jets!
