    Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, great evening meals with huge portions. bathroom recently refitted. Good location close to centre of village. Breakfast available from 0800hrs and cooked breakfast is served quickly which is great if you want to get out early. Plenty of space in downstairs hotel areas, felt relaxed.

    The suite was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. The bar has a great choice of drinks and the food is hearty, tasty and very good value for money. Jacuzzi room was a great little added bonus. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely stay again for a night out in Betws.

    Great ideal location with parking. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Bar is sociable and chilled lounge area. Room was clean and warm with a comfy bed. Spa room was an added bonus for a jacuzzi and sauna. Enjoyed our stay would book again.
