Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was gigantic and delicious. Fruit, cereal, juice, full English all available. Set us up for the whole day. We were able to store motorcycles in garage which was great. Private bathroom, comfy beds. Perfect.

I stayed at this hotel as a teacher with my colleagues and 21 students while visiting and exploring the north of England on a school trip. We were really satisfied with everything - the location, the facilities in the hotel - there is a swimmming pool and a gym too - great not just for students. We had half board - the food was excellent, there was a large selection for breakfast and a substantial evening meal as well, which we all really enjoyed. But most of all, we appreciated the approach of the staff - everyone was welcoming, ready to help straight away with any of our inquiries or questions and always very polite and kind. We'll definitely come back again.

The Oriental Suite was absolutely gorgeous, we were so excited to enter and look around. The hot tub was great, coffee machine, lighting, bath and shower, big comfy bed, it was all so lovely and we are itching to come back. Thanks so much!
