My family and I had a wonderful stay at art'otel London Battersea Power Station. The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself is modern and stylish. We stayed with our 1-year-old baby, and the entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service, particularly from Song, who worked as a door man. From the moment we arrived, Song was incredibly helpful, not only with our luggage but also with making us and our little one feel at ease. He always greeted us with a genuine smile and was so friendly with our baby, which really added a personal touch to our stay. The rest of the staff were also very attentive, and we felt well taken care of throughout. The facilities were top-notch, and it was great having easy access to Battersea Park for family walks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was enormous with a dinning table and large Californian sized bed. The bathroom was clean and very large as well. We went to have a snack at their waterfront restaurant which has lovely views. The staff were helpful. The location was vey good, and say to get to central London.

Exceptional host! Thank you so much. Very professional, nice and forthcoming. Loved the place! Large room with many amenities I didn’t even expect. WiFi worked great. Rom even had a fan and various power outlets (even EU ones). Bathroom clean and modern. Place is about a seven minute walk from bus station which is serviced by many major lines.
