The service was absolutely impeccable both in the reception, cleaning and restaurant/bar! Phenomenal food was served for dinner, we went for three courses, the meals were excellent, great value for money and the staff was incredibly caring and accommodating for allergies. Absolutely fantastic service!

Room was a great price. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Plenty parking in city centre. Staff were friendly. I asked for the room to be warm as illness makes me feel cold at the moment. They provided a brand new fan heater in my room which was really appreciated. I felt they went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable.
