we loved absolutely everything. Tracy has clearly spent a lot of time thinking of absolutely everything that you might need on a night away. she even stocked the fridge with milk, jam, fresh eggs & rolls! there is a guest information booklet in the pod aswell with every piece of information you could possibly need! SO well thought out & very comfortable, also very very clean! Tracy is also so friendly & welcoming, she even left us a little note wishing us a happy anniversary with a box of chocolates! we will definitely be back!

We booked very last min for my daughters birthday, the site was very quiet due to being off season which we didnt mind , lodge had a hot tub which kids loved, we also contacted via booking.com about setting something up for my daughters birthday as i said before this was booked very last min so didnt expect much but when we entered lodge we were met with balloons , Happy Birthday sign and a sash and head band for my daughter also a mix if sweets which at last min was an amazing surprise for her on each bed was left clay masks and gold eye patches and wipes highy recommend here and would 100% book again

After an initial problem with the heating system the staff at the Mount Stuart Hotel responded quickly and provided an excellent alternative. The property was well equipped, spotlessly clean and excellent value for our long weekend.
