Excellent receptionist (Dhruv) who gave us suggestions of places to visit in the city and acted almost like a Chaperone. We got upgraded to executive suite which was very tidy and well maintained. We even got 50% off at the zoo next door.

Jamie was very welcoming and friendly! The room is super clean and has everything you need. He maintains the rooms very well! The room is well contacted to the city center was public buses. If you don’t mind the distance to the city center, you would like to stay there!

    The gym was very well-equipped and one was able to relax easily in the spa area due to the huge pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Regarding the room, there was a decent amount of space to put the luggage and the bathroom was clean and well lit.

    The property is just beautiful and decorated to a high standard, very modern but still feels homely. For large family groups, it’s ideal with three double rooms and options for extra sleeping space, all on one floor too. We had a busy schedule so didn’t really get the opportunity to chill and enjoy the likes of the jacuzzi bath, but if we ever booked again, I would definitely plan some free time to just relax and enjoy this property
