Really enjoyed our stay here. We came as a four to celebrate an engagement and exceeded expectations. It was clean and tidy, nothing was too much for Joanna if we needed any assistance. She was so friendly and welcoming. In conversation, I mentioned that me and my girlfriend got engaged the night before and she left a bottle of champagne on our doorstep which was so nice of her. 10/10.

We spoke with Kathryn on the phone upon arrival and she very kindly welcomed us. The property was stunning throughout & immaculately clean. The keys were easily accessible at the lockbox. We booked the property especially because of the hot tub …and it didn’t disappoint .. after a long drive from Cornwall it was the perfect place to relax. There is a local town nearby if you need any supplies. A great base to enjoy the Lake District ! Thank you for our stay

There was nothing to dislike. Excellent from the start to the end of our break. Friendly host, quality furnishings, beautifully decorated and a lovely welcoming log burner. We have stayed in many cottages during breaks in the UK and this beats them all hands down. Really didn't want to come home!
