Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

I put on my booking form that it was our anniversary. We were so pleasantly surprised to have a beautiful room with an excellent view over farmland. We had a complimentary box of chocolates, an anniversary card and love heart swans made out of towels decorated with red petals. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with. Wry attentive staff. The spa was lovely. Very relaxing and a real treat.

Requested a nice view which was complied with. Good clean room, plenty of space for overnight visit and hotel very easy access to M6 for our onward journey to the Lake District. Good breakfast included in our room rate. Ate in bar which was all we required, restaurant seemed expensive and uninspiring. Took our drinks and sat in a lounge afterwards. It is a corporate hotel and so ba r caters for large groups which were thankfully scarce! Would use again for overnight stop.

The room was spacious and had a nice view over some fields. Great facilities, there was a pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which we enjoyed. We came to celebrate Valentine's day and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, the T-bone sharing steak was delicious and the staff serving us were friendly and accommodating to any requests!

Staff were very friendly, courteous and efficient, breakfast included a wide variety of hot and cold buffet choices. The pool and spa were very clean and exceeded our expectations. Real flame fire places and comfy chairs to relax near reception. Rooms were very clean, bed was soft and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with Penhaligon toiletries and a powerful shower.

Set back off any roads the hotel was smart and interesting with a subtle blending of old and new. Our room, 215, was large, the bed huge but very comfortable and the bath with a shower option was great. Lashings of hot water was available throughout our stay. There were plenty of relaxing communal areas to sit and lots of lovely countryside views to look at. There was even a Welsh speaker on reception to welcome us!
