The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly; our dog loved the warm welcome and the breakfast treat. The spa was amazing, especially the outdoor hot tub with a view of the loch. The interiors are beautiful, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of choices. Excellent spa and pool with hot tubs and saunas you could use all day. Robes were nice to wear around pool area and towels provided. Big spacious bathroom super comfy large beds. Possibly the most gorgeous and relaxing spa space I've ever been to. So lovely after getting cold and wet outside. Loved the decor and atmosphere in the spa and especially the salt room sauna and jacuzzi. Also was warm and cosy enough to sit by the pool on the comfy loungers and look at the view. The hotel building is lovely and nicely decorated in Scottish style. The spa area is very relaxing although could do with a few more pool chairs!
