The staff are excellent. Particular mention for Sandy serving breakfast who is always good natured and helpful. The reception manager was also excellent in dealing with a noise problem from a guest. Room comfortable, breakfast excellent and plentiful. Plenty of parking and good location for our trip.

Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

    The breakfast offer was tasty, varied, and freshly cooked. The courtyard room we stayed in was spacious, well decorated, and had a beautiful big bath. Perfect for relaxing!

    Room was quite big (standard accessible) , same for the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Check in was super easy and very friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant / bar area - really not bad at all! Breakfast area was busy as hotel was booked up but not bad ! Was nice to have the option to use the spa bit - small pool but perfect for what we were looking for. Jacuzzi, steam room and a really nice hot sauna. Great value for money all in all!

    Comfortable, clean room for the price. Lovely Spanish? receptionist who was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Excellent breakfast and especially as they provided gluten free options. Enjoyable evening meals both nights. Bar / Lounge area nice to relax in and complimentary spa facilities. We would be happy to return.
