Very cozy. A candle was in when we arrived and it smelt amazing. The bed was very comfy and so was the sofa when we pulled it out. The tv was nice and big it was a bonus. The hottub was lovely but some grass at the bottom but it was no biggy for us. Would definitely go again if i was in the area. Bathroom small but has everything you need. Towels were provided which was so handy. Owners were very helpful up to the stay.

Not 5 star but the price (so reasonable) reflects that and probably the most comfortable bed in the world!! I never sleep more than a few hours but I slept solidly for 8 hours. I was also made to feel so welcome, I had coffee and snacks provided - what a wonderful host. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely annex at the end of the garden, very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds .the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide lightweight bedding as the temperature was in the 30's, set up the sofa bed for us and provided a fan. We had a small DIY breakfast provided, with achoice of toast, cereal or croissants, tea and coffee in the cupboards along with a selection of jams. What a great little venue.

Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead M1, Jct. 8 offers an excellent location just off the M1 (Junction 8) and is easily accessed from the M25. This hotel offers high-speed internet throughout.

Rooms were clean, swimming pool and gym was clean and food was amazing, there's just nothing bad to say about this hotel, truly surpassed my expectations, breakfast was well catered for alternative milk and food was hot, tasty and very enjoyable Reception desk the man who checked us in was super helpful, just accross the road is a M and S which is so handy for snacks and water and it's just 13 mins for Warner Bros studios, few minutes drive into Hemel Hempstead which is a lovely wee town also, I would stay here again and fully recommend it

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The shower was excellent and room very cosy.
