Very dog friendly 🐕 😁. Great breakfast. Our dog had a nice couch (with steps) to itself in the breakfast room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom section which was very well furnished. Comfy beds. Fantastic views. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Excellent lodge, in a lovely quiet location for peace and tranquility! Beautiful to sit out on the decking and listen to the lambs in the field and the water from the stream. The log burner and hot tub are both an added bonus.

We stayed over Christmas 2024 and had the most wonderful break. The lodge itself was spotless, had everything you needed and more! The hosts were very attentive, and the location was beautiful. We will be returning next year for sure. The hot tub was an added bonus, and very well maintained. Thank you for a perfect Christmas holiday.

Cottage was nice and clean, plenty of towels and fresh bedding. Very cosy and would be ideal in the winter for going on walks etc. Kitchen in living area had everything you could need and the beds were very comfy. Bathroom was great with good water pressure and cleanliness. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful when messaged with questions and wifi was provided.

We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed all the lovely details within the lodge, everything was decorated with so much love and it is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy fantastic views. Bryn and his sweet dogs gave us a warm welcome. We highly recommend the lodge and are happy to be coming back to this wonderful place soon. The lodge was perfect for our dog as well, everything is fenced and dog proof, so not only a wonderful place for people, but also for dogs :)

    The pod is set in a beautiful location, facing fields and hills. At night, we would fall asleep to the sounds of a hooting owl and the gentle sound of cows as they settled down. We loved the little touches, such as chocolate on the towels on arrival. The hosts, Richard and Lowrie, were super helpful and answered any queries we had. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day of walking was such a treat.

    This was the second time we have stayed in one of these pods here. It was secluded and totally private and the hot tub was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable and the pod had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend.
