Location and the house is just perfect. I don’t think any other hotel, apartments or houses can beat this in Bicester. House owner Joe such nice people. The house so clean and tide. Very classic English breakfast with great quality. Served hot and refilled promptly. It's worth mentioning the gym in particular, which is very professional. There is an aerobic area upstairs in the spa center, and next to the parking lot, there is a separate area (with both indoor and outdoor sections, and a natural lake where you can swim). Driving to the outlets is also very convenient. I feel like you could easily stay at the hotel for a few days, shop, play some sports, work out, and enjoy a spa treatment.

everything was 5* location, the hot tub was great and i really like the fact that host just lets you enjoy your stay, we did get 1 txt from the owner just checking all was ok and that was that. Very relaxing.
