    Exceptional property with lovely facilities. We booked the hot tub by the river and it was the most relaxed we’ve felt in a long time. Barry the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Both rooms were decorated beautiful and to a very high standard.

    Really enjoyed our stay for the night, stunning rooms! Made me want to re-decorate my house 😂 absolutely stunning and the best service! The hydrotherapy bath was amazing, we felt so relaxed afterwards! Will definitely be back again and recommend to friends & family. Thanks again Barry!

    We arrived at the beginning of a cold snap and the apartment was really warm and cosy with no drafts by the doors and windows etc. I loved the bathroom and the amazing aesops toiletries, Ive ordered some since my return. Although the kitchen is very compact, it has everything you need including an airfryer that wasnt listed on the spec. I would recommend paying the extra and having an apartment with a terrace as it was lovely having the outdoor space and the sound of the stream nearby

    I physically cannot fault this property! The room was absolutely spotless, the private hot tub was very relaxing next to the river/very clean! Staff were lovely, couldn’t do more to help! They had adhered to my special requests of balloons and bottle of Prosecco in the room for my partners birthday! Close to local pubs which exceptional food! I would highly recommend to all friends and family!

    The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate, kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail was second to none. I would highly recommend booking one of the hot tub pods, so relaxing listening to the sound of the river. Thank you for a lovely stay! 😊

    The apartment was amazing, well spec’d, comfortable and has everything you need for a quiet stay. The terrace with the brook in the background and comfortable outdoor furniture added that extra bit of relaxation into the mix. You can also book the hot tubs, massages and other relaxation treatments during your stay - we didn’t have time in plans to use the hot tubs, but we’ll definitely book them next time.

    Brand new accommodation set in a wonderful spot near Rossendale. The whole property was spotlessly clean and very chic. Didn’t use the hot tub but the location of these overlooking the stream is beautiful. Great looking spa too with lots of treatments on offer.
