New ZealandIt was perfect for our overnight stay whilst travelling North. Easy location off the M6. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The lovely ladies in the dining room over breakfast were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough for us and the food was great. Beds comfortable, would happily stay again.

United KingdomOur stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome.
Will definitely be returning!

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with good choice of hot food and some pastries. The location is great, close to the town centre and about 12 minutes from the Theatre Royal, the bus station and 15 minutes from the train station. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. But for the cost I paid ivr stayed in much bigger and better rooms The shower kept going hot then ice cold so I couldn't stay in the shower more than a minute and the sink kept blocking so obvious very poor plumbing .Guest review byJimunzyYoung couple
