Absolutely stunning property. Excellent customer service and great staff. Spa was fantastic and clean, treatments were excellent and left feeling very relaxed. Layout was nice and comfortable; room was clean and appealing; restaurant meals were nice and staff were helpful. Easy check-in (done online) and only had to pop in and pick up the key. Car Park had plenty of room and while a small fee was payable, it was very handy and worth it.

I was scared when I read some of the bad reviews but when we arrived at the hotel everything was great! We were checked in within 5 minutes and we also booked a place in the spa and a table for a late dinner! The room was small and without a view from the window as this was the only option left and all the rooms were taken. But this was not a problem the room was very warm, cosy and clean! The spa had a calm and cosy atmosphere and we had a great time! When we came to the restaurant we were kindly given a table with a view of the garden by the window which was very nice! The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff was polite. Our meals were brought very quickly and consistently, thank you very much we enjoyed the food! We also saw some ill-mannered guests in the restaurant who were arguing with the staff although we were happy with everything, the service was impeccable! This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in Britain and it was a surprise to me! Breakfast was held in a relaxed atmosphere, the choice of dishes exceeded my expectations, not every 5-star hotel provides such a breakfast, respect! We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you!

Lovely spacious room with a huge bed! Bathroom was lovely and modern. Breakfast was fantastic value for money and so much choice. The pool was a nice bonus.
