Very nice views from the room, I could see the city & Bagrati Cathedral from the windows and also see the river from small balcony. Well-equipped & very convenient location. There is a washing machine & dryer (shared). The host was very friendly, welcoming and showed me the way to the nearest money exchange & gave me tips on where to find good local food.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It's located right in the heart of the old city, which made it very convenient for exploring. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. Everything felt new and fresh, from the bathroom fixtures to the kitchen appliances. We appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was - we were able to cook meals easily during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in the city.

The villa is a great structure with all the commodities. The staff is lovely and they were attending all our requests. It is walking distance from the old city of Kutaisi. Homemade breakfast, suitable for vegetarians.

This was our 3rd stay at this guesthouse and we couldn’t ask for anything better. The room is very clean and the host went out of her way to help us in every possible way. We had to leave at 3.45am and she packed breakfast for us to take and she ordered a taxi for us. She and her husband waited outside with us until the taxi arrived. The guesthouse is also very centrally located.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Despite my very early arrival at 5 a.m., he kindly stayed awake to welcome me and even offered another room until mine was ready, as it was still occupied. He personally cleaned everything thoroughly and ensured the house was in perfect condition. Whenever I needed anything related to the house, he responded immediately via WhatsApp. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with charming streets full of colourful houses and flowers. The cleanliness and equipment of the house exceeded my expectations. Everything a guest could possibly need was provided: a smart trash bin, fully equipped kitchen tools, sparkling water, coffee, and tea. I am truly grateful to the owner for creating such a welcoming and well-prepared place. If I could, I would rate it a million out of ten.

We had a great stay in this apartment! It's modern, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect – right in the city center, just 2 minutes' walk from the main park. The host was incredibly kind and caring, met us at Kutaisi airport and drove us to the apartment. Spacious, very clean apartment, friendly owner. We were able to wash our clothes. The children enjoyed themselves, as they could play in the yard with the owner's two children. The yard is fenced, so there is no need to worry about traffic
