The location where the property sits has an amazing view of the mountains and is very close to the town centre. Pavle is friendly and an excellent host, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine since we were the first to book the place on this platform. Bonfire and barbecue is something that will be arranged on your request. We highly recommend this stay.

100 out of 10! So enjoyed my stay. Huge windows give you breathtaking scenery of the mountains, luxurious buthtub with a glass of wine, and know one around, just two houses and very beautiful forest surroundings. The landscape was all around green when i arrived and in the next day, it started snowing and everything became white, just like in winter. Definitely come back here again.

We had a perfect stay in this adorable properly. The owner has clearly thought about every detail and put so much into the place - socket adapters, a projector, very cozy toweling robes and more. Lovely and well heating, beautiful view of the snowy mountains (in winter), clean and comfortable. It is a 20 mins or so walk to the town or a quick taxi ride. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent room I have never seen such a well maintained room in the hills with best view. I would not write more in details perhaps will recommend my friends.

amazing cottage with unbeatable view of majestic Mt.Kazbegi ! We were very lucky with sunny weather during our stay. I travelled a lot and I must say that this was one of the cleanest houses I have ever been to. Spotless! Design of both exterior and interior are really nice, and you have got everything you need. Place is so welcoming, and has warm atmosphere, immediate home feeling :) Hosts were super friendly and helpful , and did their best to accommodate us. We also used taxi service of the family of the host , exploring beautiful nature in the area. Shop and restaurants super close , few minutes walk. Amazing bathtub in the living room is one of the highlight. This place deserves 10/10
